  • For our major customers we appoint Key Account Managers who exclusively coordinate and manage all shipments on behalf of the customer. The Key Account Manager is the principal point of contact for our customer and all inquiries, bookings, clarifications, etc are directed to the Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager also assists our customers with all their shipping, logistics and documentation requirements.
